The Dalles Family Photography
Finding new locations to shoot a session can be hard sometimes. Mostly when you want to stick to an in town location. The Dalles family photography has been a bit of a challenge. I do however have two favorite locations. One is currently behind the Discovery Center and the second is Sorosis Park.
This family has a special place in my heart. Robyn was my first friend after my move to The Dalles. We connected over many similarities in our lives that were currently going on. With moves and living with family members, we found it easy to create a friendship. They moved to town around the same time we did from a place that they had loved. They loved their friends and family, but knew that God was calling them away to something new. This made it easy to become friends. This entire family has such a servant’s heart. They love people and love making connections. When you find people that are genuine, you keep hanging out with them. This is only one reason I was so happy to take their family photography.
This entire family has such a servant’s heart. They love people and love making connections. When you find people that are genuine, you keep hanging out with them. This is why this session was so much fun for me. I love making connections with my clients and it is always better when they are your friends. I feel like I am giving my clients a gift every time I send them a new preview and it’s a big gift when they get the entire session.
My clients don’t realize that they give me a gift every time I step out to shoot them for their family photography. Being in the outdoors, watching them create family memories, and me just doing what I love, is a big gift to me. When they choose me to be their photographer and give them lasting memories, I am beyond blessed and grateful for that opportunity.
The Dalles family photography can be a challenge. It’s hard to get everyone to look at the camera at the same time. The kids are looking around and the parents are trying to get the kids to look. I love when families can start to be goofy with each other, have fun and forget that I am there. This can create some of the most memorable images not only for them, but for me. They are by far my favorite as well.
Take a look at this sweet family and enjoy.
