Senior Portrait Session
I had the amazing opportunity to partner with Thirty Five Media for a local senior portrait session here in The Dalles, Oregon. She was such a perfect model. It was a lot of fun to watch her react to the camera and different poses. I even discovered a new favorite area in town to take portraits. This is the best part of relocating to a new town. You get the opportunity to experience everything for the first time. A new location can bring a lot of creativity into a senior portrait session. This is also a great time to see their personality come out.
The beginning of the day was all overcast and dull looking. Just a few hours before we met up, the clouds started to clear a little and the sun came out. We could not have asked for a better evening to take Rachel’s senior portraits. I don’t tend to give The Dalles a lot of credit for its beauty, but it showed me another side yesterday. The Columbia River was still as could be in the Spring. The birds were singing. The blue sky was coming through the clouds. There was hardly any yellow left on the grass. It couldn’t have been any better than this.
